Information you enter is collected even if you cancel or do not complete the registration, or order process. Only you the Pano Ranch member has the right to view and edit your reminder service entries at any time by logging into “Your Account” with your e-mail address and password.

Our database stores your billing and delivery information. The next time you place an order this information will automatically be transferred to the order form so that you do not have to re-enter your information again.

RECIPIENTS AND SENDERS
The recipient’s phone number is used for delivery purposes. At times we may need to call the recipient to schedule a delivery. Occasionally we may contact the recipient to ensure that we maintain our high quality standards. Both sender and recipient may receive by postal mail a promotion, postcard or calendar 1-3 times per year.
A recipient may receive a gift with no message and call to find out who has sent the beautiful bouquet. Our Customer Service Representative will provide the name and any other information as contained on the gift card accompanying the gift. If there is no gift card or no name our Customer Service Representative will ask the sender for their consent via e-mail or by phone. If consent is not given, we will not be able to reveal the sender’s identity to the recipient.
At the time of registration, you your e-mail address will be stored. The sender may receive additional e-mails, marketing promotions and other services in compliance with applicable laws. If you would like to stop receiving these e-mail promotions simply click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the e-mail, change your account information or please feel free to contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. Please allow up to 3 days for us to process your request.
NO THIRD-PARTY USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
PanoRanch.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Personal customer information is shared only with companies that provide support services, our agents, representatives and service providers and contractors for limited purposes, including fulfilling customer orders, offering certain products and services in connection with PanoRanch.com.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
In order to track your most recent order your e-mail address and account password will be needed. Please log into “My Account” and click “Track My Packages” to track your order on-line. CORRECTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Before you confirm an order you will have an opportunity to review the order form to make changes and additions to the information it contains. These changes will be kept for future use. With a cancelled order the information may be kept for future use, also. If you would like to update or correct information previously provided to us, please send an e-mail with your new information, including your complete name, postal address, and e-mail address to Support@panoranch.com. Please note that we cannot delete information associated with past purchases.
