Do you offer Same Day Delivery?

We offer same day delivery and free shipping in California only. Expedited two-day delivery is available throughout the rest of the United States. Please note, all custom orders require three (3) business days to prepare for shipping or pickup. However, we do have many ready to go alternatives in our gift shop on days when it is open.

Are there any special considerations for delivering flowers to a patient in the hospital?

Generally, you want to check with the nursing staff beforehand to make sure the patient doesn’t have any restrictions that would rule out flowers/plants. Once you have clearance, you want to make sure you clearly put the patient’s name, room number and Hospital on the Delivery instructions. Most hospitals have specific delivery times.

Do you guarantee delivery by a specific time?

Due to a high volume of orders, we aren’t able to guarantee delivery by a specific time. Rest assured our team is committed to getting orders out as early in the day as possible. We hope you understand!

Why do you specialize in Protea flowers?

We cultivate over 30 varieties of Protea flowers at our flower farm in Half Moon Bay. Varieties include such notables as King Protea, Queen Protea, Red Baron, and Sugar Bush. Protea Pincusion and Safari Sunset varieties are available in a variety of colors year round. This gives a rich color and texture palette for our floral designers to choose from. For our clients, it comes down to a singular fact: Protea flowers also have the advantage of lasting 5 times longer in vases than other flower varieties, so our clients enjoy their arrangements significantly longer.

Do you accept wholesale / bulk orders?

Wholesale bulk orders (over 200 stems) are welcome. If you are interested in King protea, Queen protea, Prince or Princess or any members of the “Royal Family” of protea flowers, please call (650) 208-4787. All bulk orders may be eligable for an additional 20% off. Speak to a member of our staff for details.

Why do your arrangements last longer than others?

In addition to the general heartiness of the flowers themselves, we streamline the shipping & handling process. In the time it takes the typical process of transferring the flowers from the grower to the wholesaler, and ultimately through a distributor to the retailer, flowers lose 4-8 days of their lifespan. Our shipping system brings flowers straight from our fields into your vases, stripping the time and cost of the middlemen out, and reclaiming that time for you to enjoy your arrangement.

Help! The screen just went blank and I am not sure the order went through.

We continually invest in our online system to insure everyone has a positive experience the first time, every time. However, on a rare occasion something goes unexpectedly. First, if your order has been completed, you will receive an email from the payment processor. You also should receive a second email from us with your order details. If you received these emails, rest assured, your order was processed. If you didn’t receive one or both of these emails, please call us during normal business hours and we will track your order from our side.

What do I do when the website says one price, but it is actually different?

If a product is listed on PanoRanch.com with an incorrect price or incorrect information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the listed product at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Do you have a product guarantee?

PanoRanch.com is proud to guarantee all our floral designs for quality and freshness. Your floral designs are guaranteed to last an average of 7 days and if you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time of delivery please e-mail us or call us. Due to Mother Nature, blooms may vary in durability without detracting from your bouquet experience. Our sole maximum liability will be to refund the purchase price or to replace and deliver an equivalent product as soon as reasonably possible. Any problems with the product in which the guarantee is used must be e-mailed, written or called in to Pano Ranch. within 30 days after delivery or you will have waived any and all related claims regarding such product items and we shall not be liable.

Yes, and no. We always welcome your feedback, comments, suggestions, creative ideas, and other contributions. However, we consider all such communications to be non-confidential and they instantly become the property of Pano Ranch.
